Please be informed that, due to technical problems, the last break in the Shala trial lasted longer than expected. The trial should resume after the lunch break at 14:00 (or at 14:45 in the delayed feed online).

The 3rd Defence witness in the Shala trial is Naser Koçinaj.

Following the completion of the testimony of the 2nd Defence witness Bedri Dervishaj, the trial in Shala case is adjourned for today. It will resume tomorrow, 3 October, at 09:30 with the testimony of another Defence witness.

Please be informed that today’s lunch break in the Shala trial will last until approximately 13:50 (or 14:35 in the delayed feed), after which the trial is expected to continue until 16:00 (16:45 in the delayed feed).

Bedri Dervishaj is the second Defence witness, whose testimony has just commenced in the trial of Shala.
