The Trial Panel in the Gucati and Haradinaj case granted the SPO request and authorized the addition of one witness to its witness list as well as one additional item to its exhibits list. Here is the order.

Witness W04603 is the fifth SPO witness in the Mustafa trial.

The hearing will commence, as scheduled. at 09:30. 

During the status conference in the Thaci et al. case on 29 October, Pre-Trial Judge Nicolas Guillou issued an oral order directing  the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office to file its pre-trial brief by 17 December 2021.

The trial will resume next Thursday, 4 November, at 09:30.

New SPO witness at the Gucati&Haradinaj trial is Miro Jukić, from the SPO Witness Security Team.

The Court of Appeals Panel today denied the appeal by Hashim Thaci, filed on 16 August 2021, against the decision on review of his detention, issued by the pre-trial Judge on 23 July 2021. The Court of Appeals' decision is available here, together with a partially dissenting opinion of Judge Nina Jørgensen.
