As announced in our Court Calendar, next Status Conference in the case against Thaci, Veseli, Selimi and Krasniqi is scheduled for Friday, 29 October, at 14:30. More details in the scheduling order.

The first witness in the Gucati&Haradinaj trial, Zdenka Pumper, is an investigator in the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office.

The trial against Salih Mustafa is adjourned for the week and the session, scheduled for tomorrow (15 October), is cancelled. The trial will resume on Tuesday, 2 November, at 09:30.

SPO witness W03594 resumes the testimony in the trial against Mustafa. After the Victims’ Counsel, the Panel is now putting questions to the witness.

Another KSC weekly press briefing will take place today at 14:30. During this briefing, the KSC Spokespersons will provide a short update on the latest developments in the judicial proceedings before the KSC, as well as on other public activities of the Court. Following the decision of the Court of Appeals Panel on 1 October, the Pre-Trial Judge in the Thaci et al. case ordered the Kosovo police to provide information about its authority and capability to, inter alia, enforce conditions attaching to the potential interim release of the accused within two weeks of notification of the Albanian translation of this Order.
