Trial Panel II issued its guidelines on the presentation of evidence and the conduct of the proceedings in the Gucati & Haradinaj trial, scheduled to commence on 7 October 2021. The decision is available here.

The Kosovo Specialist Chambers will begin providing online Weekly Press Briefings for media, at which a KSC Spokesperson will give a short update. Today's hearing in the trial against Mustafa has ended and the session, scheduled for tomorrow, is cancelled. 

Victims’ Counsel completed her opening statement in the trial against Mustafa. The hearing will resume after the break.

The presentation of the opening statement by the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office has been completed. The Victims’ Counsel is now presenting her opening statement at the Mustafa trial.

The Specialist Prosecutor’s Office has commenced with its opening statement at the trial against Salih Mustafa.
