    Thaçi et al. trial: 23rd SPO witness takes the stand

    Following the completion of testimony of witness Frederick Abrahams, the SPO has called its next witness in the trial of Thaçi et al. This is protected witness W03827, whose testimony is conducted via video conference and expected to take place mostly in private session.

    The testimony of Frederick Abrahams from Human Rights Watch resumed this morning in the Thaçi et al. trial. He is currently being asked additional questions by some of the Defence teams.

    The trial will resume on Monday, 11 September 2023, at 09:00, when the current witness Frederick Abrahams is expected to resume his testimony.

    KSC Weekly Press Briefing on 7 September

    Another KSC weekly press briefing will take place on Thursday, 7 September, at 14:30. During this briefing, the KSC Spokespersons will provide a short update on the latest developments in the judicial proceedings before the KSC, as well as on other public activities of the Court.     The testimony of the 22nd SPO witness Frederick Abrahams resumed this morning in the Thaçi et al. trial. The witness is still being examined by the SPO.

    Frederick Abrahams from the international NGO  “Human Rights Watch” is the new SPO witness at the Thaçi et al. trial. This is the 22nd witness so far.
