Another KSC weekly press briefing will take place on Thursday, 20 July, at 14:30. During this briefing, the KSC Spokespersons will provide a short update on the latest developments in the judicial proceedings before the KSC, as well as on other public activities of the Court. Journalists will have the opportunity to ask questions. Pre-registration is required to attend each briefing. To pre-register, please send an email with name and affiliation to [email protected]. Deadline for pre-registration is every Thursday at 12:00. The Zoom details will be shared following pre-registration. The 15th SPO witness is a protected witness W04586, who is testifying about the death of his family member during the relevant period. The testimony of this witness is conducted via video-link. 

The Defence of Hashim Thaçi continued its cross-examination of the SPO’s 14th witness Francis Ledwidge.

Former KLA Commander of the Llap Operational Zone Rrustem Mustafa completed his testimony today. The next Prosecution’s witness is Francis Ledwidge, a British Army officer serving in Kosovo during the relevant period.

Testimony of the Prosecution’s 13th witness Rrustem Mustafa continued this morning. The Trial Panel is currently putting questions to him.

Veseli’s Defence resumed its cross-examination of the Prosecution’s 13th witness Rrustem Mustafa.

The trial will resume on  Monday, 17 July 2023, at 09:00.

Following the completion of SPO’s direct examination yesterday, witness Rrustem Mustafa is now being cross-examined by the Defence teams (currently, Hashim Thaçi’s Defence).
