Following the completion of the testimony of the 7th SPO witness, the trial against Thaçi, Veseli, Selimi and Krasniqi is adjourned for the week and it will resume on Monday, 12 June, at 09:00. The hearing, scheduled for tomorrow (24 May), is cancelled.

Following the completion of testimony of witness 4355, another protected witness has commenced testimony in the trial of Thaçi and others. This witness (with the pseudonym W-01236) is the 7th SPO witness so far.

The Prosecution in the Thaçi et al. case resumes its direct examination of protected witness 4355.

The testimony of the 5th SPO witness resumed this morning. The witness is currently being cross-examined by the Defence team of Rexhep Selimi.

The trial will resume on 22 May 2023 at 09:00.
