Following the completion of testimony of witness TW4-09, the trial against Pjetër Shala is adjourned for today and the session, scheduled for tomorrow (31 March), is cancelled. The trial will resume on Monday, 1 May, at 09:30.

The fourth SPO witness in the Shala trial is protected witness TW4-09.

Third Prosecution witness TW4-07 resumes his testimony in the Shala trial this morning. The Panel is putting questions to the witness.

Please be informed that the trial will start 15 minutes later than scheduled (09:45 live or at 10:30 in the online broadcast).

Another KSC weekly press briefing will take place on Thursday, 30 March at 14:30. During this briefing, the KSC Spokespersons will provide a short update on the latest developments in the judicial proceedings before the KSC, as well as on other public activities of the Court. Today’s hearing in the Shala case will continue for longer than scheduled - it is expected to last until 16:20 (live) or 17:05 (delayed feed).

The new witness in the trial of Pjetër Shala is protected witness TW4-07.  This is the 3rd SPO witness so far.

Protected witness TW4-06 resumed her testimony at the trial of Pjetër Shala this morning. The Victims’ counsel is currently examining the witness.

The second SPO witness in the trial of Pjetër Shala is protected witness TW4-06.

During the hearing today, the Panel issued an oral order authorizing the accused’s request to participate in the trial via video-link from the Detention Unit.
