The Trial Panel in the Gucati&Haradinaj case today denied the motions, filed by both Defence teams, to dismiss the charges against the accused, pursuant to Rule 130 of the KSC Rules of Procedure and Evidence. The decision is available here. 

Another KSC weekly press briefing will take place on Thursday, 25 November, at 14:30. During this briefing, the KSC Spokespersons will provide a short update on the latest developments in the judicial proceedings before the KSC, as well as on other public activities of the Court. Journalists will have the opportunity to ask questions. Pre-registration is required to attend each briefing. To pre-register, please send an email with name and affiliation to [email protected]. The trial against Salih Mustafa is adjourned for the week and the hearings, previously scheduled for 25 and 26 November, are cancelled. The trial will resume on Monday, 13 December, at 09:30.

The 9th SPO witness in the trial against Mustafa is protected witness W04390.

The trial will resume tomorrow, Wednesday, 24 November, at 09:30.

SPO witness W04391 resumes the testimony in the trial against Mustafa. He is being cross-examined by the Defence.

The trial will resume tomorrow, Tuesday, 23 November, at 09:30.

After the lunch break, the Mustafa trial will resume at 14:00 (or at 14:45 in the delayed feed) and not at 14:30 as usual.
