The last accused in Thaci et al. case, Rexhep Selimi, also pleaded not guilty to all counts of the indictment at his initial appearance before Pre-Trial Judge Guillou today. As per Rule 95 of the KSC Rules of Procedure and Evidence, the Pre-Trial Judge will proceed with the preparation of the case for trial.
