Thaçi et al. (administration of justice): Kilaj and Fazliu final trial briefs made public

On 6 October 2026, the Defence teams of Isni Kilaj and Fadil Fazliu filed public redacted versions of their final trial briefs in the administration of justice case. The briefs were initially filed confidentially on 24 August 2026 and are now available in the Public Court Records.

These are the third and fourth final trial briefs to be made public in this case, following the Thaçi Defence brief on 22 September and the SPO brief on 24 September.
