Pre-Trial Judge Nicolas Guillou yesterday decided to convene a Status Conference in the case against Thaçi, Veseli, Selimi and Krasniqi on Wednesday, 18 November, at 11:00. More details in the scheduling order and its annex.

The last accused in Thaci et al. case, Rexhep Selimi, also pleaded not guilty to all counts of the indictment at his initial appearance before Pre-Trial Judge Guillou today. As per Rule 95 of the KSC Rules of Procedure and Evidence, the Pre-Trial Judge will proceed with the preparation of the case for trial.

At his initial appearance before Pre-Trial Judge Guillou today, Kadri Veseli pleaded not guilty to all counts of the indictment.
