As per order of the Pre-Trial Judge earlier this year, Hashim Thaçi filed his pre-trial brief, the public redacted version of which is now available in our Public Court Records.

The Court of Appeals Panel in the Gucati&Haradinaj case issued the schedule for the appeal hearing on 1 and 2 December, according to which the court will sit from 13:30 until 17:10 on 1 December and from 09:30 until 13:05 on 2 December.  The full agenda can be found in the filing.

During the status conference in the Thaçi et al. case today, Pre-Trial Judge Nicolas Guillou confirmed he intends to transfer the file of this case to a trial panel by the end of this year. The Pre-Trial Judge also said that this was, unless otherwise necessary, probably the last status conference in this case before the transfer.
