Protected witness W01602 has commenced the testimony at the trial of Thaçi et al. This is the 9th SPO witness so far.

The testimony of the 8th SPO witness resumed this morning. The witness is currently being cross-examined by the Defence team of Hashim Thaçi.

The Prosecution in the Thaçi et al. case resumes its direct examination of protected witness W04323.

The 8th SPO witness in the trial against Thaçi, Veseli, Selimi and Krasniqi is protected witness W04323. The witness is assisted by a duty counsel.

A further redacted version of the corrected version of the public redacted version of the trial judgment, pronounced on 16 December 2022 against Salih Mustafa, is now available in our Public Court Records as well as on the Mustafa case page.

Kosovo Specialist Chambers President, Registrar and Acting Specialist Prosecutor today welcomed the Irish Minister of State for Law Reform and Youth Justice, James Browne, who was visiting the tribunals in The Hague.

Today, the Kosovo Specialist Chambers President and Registrar welcomed the Chief Justices of several African countries to talk about the mandate of the KSC. The visit was organized by the African Institute of International Law and the African Foundation for International Law in collaboration with the Hague Project for Peace and Justice.
