Protected witness resumes testimony in the Thaçi et al. trial this morning. The witness is currently being cross-examined by the Defence.

Today, 6 April, Trial Panel I ordered Salih Mustafa to pay an overall sum of €207,000 as compensation for the harm inflicted on the victims of the crimes for which he is convicted. More details will be mentioned in the Press Release later today.

The pronouncement of the reparation order in the Mustafa case has commenced (with a delay of 10 minutes). 

Another KSC weekly press briefing will take place on Thursday, 6 April at 14:30. During this briefing, the KSC Spokespersons will provide a short update on the latest developments in the judicial proceedings before the KSC, as well as on other public activities of the Court. The trial in the Thaçi et al. case will resume on 11 April at 09:00 with the beginning of the SPO’s presentation of evidence.
